Rising Ridge Rd
The Passaro Family home for 20 years, this custom built 6 bed, 6 bath 8,000 sqft home was designed by Architect Michael Passaro. Michael had always wanted to build a dream home for his family and put incredible thought into its design. Built in 2003, Michael went above and beyond the construction standard and made sure his family home would be built to last a lifetime. He even included a custom built dog spa for his two beloved beagles Zack and Zoey.

The 3,000 sqft 5 beds, 4 bath single family home was built in 2006. With cultured stone and synthetic hardiplank siding.
This efficient home was featured in Anderson Windows national catalog for its stunning design.

Patrick Ave
Venturing down to Wilmington NC, the Passaro Family took on a major renovation with this project. The home originally was a 1,100 sqft 3 bed, 1.5 bath brick ranch from 1969. It was given a major overhaul including opening up the living space, adding a full bath, a new kitchen, and an additional 300 sqft.
It was an amazing first investment property for Trinity Homes and the property was rented within 60 days of closing!
