Our Story
THE STORY
In 2003
Michael and Linda Passaro built their dream home as a young couple with 3 children under 5 years old. Both working professionals in NYC, they had a clear vision of a home to raise a family with dogs and kids. Communal and private spaces. Large kitchen for entertaining. Michael as a licensed architect designed and built their family a home to last a lifetime.
In 2006
In 2006, Michael and Linda endeavored in their first investment property. They bought a lot, designed a family home with modern finishes and realized they had both talent and passion for creating spaces for families to call home.

Life got busy with their demanding corporate careers and raising their family. Their real estate dreams sat idle for awhile.
Until 2022
In 2022, their 20 year old son Luke decided it was time to put the family passion back into action. Luke, studying Entrepreneurship and Business Development at the University of North Carolina Wilmington inspired the re-emergence of Trinity Homes Real Estate. Offering newly updated rental houses to meet the needs of both families and young adults seeking a place to make their home.
Housing prices and supply chain issues make owning homes harder for people today. The mission of the Passaro Family is to take the stress out of renting a home.
