ESTABLISHED 2003
Michael and Linda Passaro built their dream home as a young couple with three children under five. Both working professionals in New York City, they shared a clear vision: a warm, welcoming home where kids and dogs could run, and family and friends could gather. With Michael’s training as a licensed architect, they designed and built a home with generous communal spaces, quiet private retreats, and a large kitchen made for entertaining—a home meant to last a lifetime.
EST. 2006
A few years later, Michael and Linda took on their first investment property. They purchased a lot, designed a modern family home, and discovered they had both the talent and the passion for creating spaces where other families could put down roots. As their corporate careers grew and life with three children became busier, their real estate dreams paused—but the vision never disappeared.
UNTIL 2022
In 2022, their 20-year-old son Luke decided it was time to bring that family passion back to life. While studying Entrepreneurship and Business Development at the University of North Carolina Wilmington, he helped re-ignite Trinity Homes Real Estate. Today, the family offers thoughtfully updated rental homes for both families and young adults who want a place that truly feels like home. In a market where high prices and supply challenges make housing harder to access, the Passaro family’s mission is simple: take the stress out of finding and renting a home.
